About Us

Gary Sun is a Junior at Whippany Park and an avid traveler. He has been through most of Europe as well as 49 out of the 50 states. When he is not traveling, Gary can be found excelling in the pool as an All American Swimmer. Gary has qualified for the Junior National meet 3 times as well as the National meet 5 times. Gary is also on the Math Team.

Maneesh Gogineni is a Senior at Whippany Park and he will study at Fordham University. Maneesh enjoys playing soccer as an extracurricular activity; he is an integral player and the Captain of both the school soccer team as well as the Jersey United Spartans for which he plays.

Chris Ulichny is a Senior at Whippany Park High School. He will study at Rutgers University this fall. In his spare time, Chris enjoys playing basketball and he is the captain of his school’s team. Chris spends time running both Cross Country and Track; he is also the Captain of Whippany Park’s Cross Country Team. 

Stephen Tucker is a Senior at Whippany Park and he will study at Stevens Institute of Technology. He is a leader both on the field and on the court, as he is the captain of both Whippany Park’s baseball and basketball teams.

Austin Kao is a Senior at Whippany Park and he will be attending Duke University in the fall of 2017. Austin participates in various after school activities, such as Cross Country and the Math Club. Also, Austin practices music, specifically the violin, in his free time.

Alex Maietta is a Junior at Whippany Park with diverse interests. In his free time, Alex calls himself a photographer and videographer. In addition, Alex serves as President of the Spanish Club. He is also on his high school’s soccer and baseball teams.

Kayla Rossow is a Senior at Whippany Park and she will attend Clemson University in the fall. In her free time, Kayla plays guitar, participates in Mock Trial, and swims for Whippany Park’s swim team. Furthermore, Kayla is an integral member of the school’s band, where she plays the drums to cheer on different sports teams.

Tommy McBride IV is a Junior at Whippany Park High School. He is the Co-President of the Robotics Club and a successful Eagle Scout. Tommy also participates in various sports; he plays soccer in the fall and pole vaults for the school’s track team in the winter and spring seasons.

Julia Nixon is a Senior at Whippany Park and will attend Rutgers University in the fall. Julia is the treasurer of the school, enabling her to practice math in her free time. She also contributes to the school’s environment through extensive participation in the National Honors Society, where she currently serves as President, and the school’s literary magazine, Etcetera, of which she is the Editor. 

Alice Wang is a Senior at Whippany Park and she will attend Yale University in the future. Alice is highly involved in school, arguing as Captain of the Debate team as well as Challenging other schools as Vice President of Mock Trial. In addition, Alice betters her environment as President of the Environmental Club. Alice is also Editor of her school’s newspaper and a victorious player on the tennis team.

Courtney Abbott is a Senior at Whippany Park and will attend Bucknell University this fall. In her spare time, Courtney serves as Vice President to her senior peers. Furthermore, she holds the position of Chair of Education and Recruitment for Whippany Park’s environmental club. She also plays for the school’s Soccer team and runs track.

Elton Zhu is a Junior at Whippany Park High School. In his free time, Elton is a competitive pianist. He also enjoys running for his school’s track team as an extracurricular activity.

Andrew Kuzemczak is a Senior at Whippany Park High School and he will be attending Yale University this fall. Currently, Andrew serves as School President, President of Northern New Jersey Red Cross, and President of the school’s Interact Community Service Club. Furthermore, Andrew leads the school’s track team as Captain in the Winter and Spring seasons.

Lydia Chen is a Junior at Whippany Park High School. She is very involved in extracurriculars, serving different positions on the school’s tennis team, Mock Trial team, and Academic Team. In addition, Lydia can be found raising awareness for the Environmental Club and competing at the National Level for Future Business Leaders of America.  

Eric Kahn is a Junior at Whippany Park High School. In his free time, he leads his Boy Scouts troop and is a co-President of the Robotics Club. Likewise, Eric participates in the Environmental Club, Math Club, and the school’s band, where he plays the tenor sax and bassoon.  He is also a member of the track team.

Ryan Williams is a Senior at Whippany Park High School, and he will attend Bucknell University this fall. Ryan is skilled in finance, as he has experience as Vice President of the school’s Future Business Leaders of America chapter in addition to serving as the senior class Treasurer. In addition, Ryan will spend his summer being handsome as a lifeguard at Normandy Beach.
